Greetings from Georgia!!
We are in the southeastern US.  There are many interesting facts about Georgia we would like to share with you.
State Fruit: Peach        State Flower: Cherokee Rose
State Bird: Brown Thrasher    State Song: “Georgia on my Mind” by Ray Charles
Our capital is Atlanta.  It is a major city with an international airport.  We have hot or warm weather most of the year.  Last year, it did snow here in central Georgia for one afternoon!  We have beaches, swamps, mountains, and plains here in Georgia; so there are many things to do.  We live in Dublin, which is in the middle of the state, with about 45,000 people.
