Maine. We have 18 students in our class. Our state nickname
is Vacationland. We have a beautiful rocky coastline with lots of
lighthouses and islands. Maine is known for its blueberries,
potatoes, and lobster. We get 60 - 90" of snow each year.
Some other neat facts: L. L. Bean's flagship store is located in
Freeport, Maine. The first pair of earmuffs was invented in
Maine. Some famous people from Maine are writers, Stephen King
and E.B. White. We are very excited to be a part of the postcard
