Hello from the Land f Enchantment.

We are a fourth grade class in Albuquerque.  There are 21 students in our class and 450 in the school.  Albuquerque is the largest city in NM.  Our state capital, Santa Fe, is the oldest in the country.  Our state bird is the roadrunner, our state flower is the yucca, and our state tree is the pinon.  We even have a state cookie the biscochito and a state question, red or green (as in chile).  New Mexico has mountains and deserts.  You can go hiking, skiing, or hot air ballooning.  New Mexico is a beautiful state.
