SALUTE TO SEUSS

We are participating in the "Salute to Seuss" Online Project by Jennifer Wagner, http://salutetoseuss.wikispaces.com/
Each classroom will pick one (or several) of Dr. Seuss's BOOKS and create either a webpage, a wiki, a blog, a presentation, a bubble share, etc about their book. Classrooms will also write add a classroom review of a book to add to the project's Book Review Book, http://salutetoseuss.wikispaces.com/BookReview

We read several books by Dr. Seuss and decided to pick Horton Hatches the Egg for our book report.  We wrote a group book report about Horton Hatches the Egg , wrote an essay and created a  gift of time, and created new animals that were part mammal and part egg-laying aninmal like the elephant-bird. We also wrote  letters to our favorite Dr. Seuss characters.
