| Dear Postcard Pals, We are from John Pearl Elementary School in Bohemia, on Long Island which is in New York. It is not a very larger school, we only have 328 students. We are a class of 18 5th graders and our teacher's name is Ms. Boccio. The school has grades K-5. We are located about 2 hours west of Motauk and 2 hours east of NYC. There are many beautiful beaches and lighthouses here, as well as a really cool water park called "Splish Splash". There are many activities to do here on Long Island like watching sporting events and going to an outside concert at Jones Beach Theater. Long Island has a minor league baseball team called the Long Island Ducks and a major League hockey team called the New York Islanders. We look forward to hearing from you.
