NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals for the requirements set forth below will be received at the Office of the Treasurer of the Board of Education of the Geneva Area City School District, Geneva, Ashtabula County, Ohio, until 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 11, 2019 and will be publicly opened and read by the Treasurer immediately thereafter at the Board of Education Office, 135 South Eagle Street, Geneva, Ohio 44041, tabulated and report thereof made by the Treasurer to said Board at its next meeting.

                     

1 (one) – New 47 PASSENGER SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL BUS COMPLETE UNIT                               

Specifications may be obtained from the Geneva School Board Office at the above address or by calling 440-466-4831, ext. 1154, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

 This legal notice is posted on the District’s web site, www.genevaschools.org, under District News (click on Bus Bidding Opportunity)

 Said Board of Education reserves the right to waive formalities, to accept or reject any and all, or parts of any and all bids.

 No bids may be withdrawn for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
