News: Robo call on Thursday April 2nd

Here are some important updates for our Geneva Middle School families.

First, all middle school report cards for the 3rd grading period have been uploaded to parent portal and can be accessed using your normal parent portal accounts or with the same username and password your child is currently using for Google classroom, email and Study Island. If you are having trouble accessing your child's report card or need the report in alternative format, please email [email protected]org or call 466-4831 x. 2002.

Second, any paper and pencil packets that were handed out prior to the closure should be turned into the middle school on Monday April 6th or Tuesday April 7th next week between the hours of 7 and 2:30. For families that cannot make it during the day, we will also allow drop offs from 6-8 p.m. on Monday April 6th.

Please use the following process, and observe social distancing guidelines when dropping off your child's work: Please put your child's work in the respective 6th, 7th, or 8th grade box on the table inside the first set of doors at the middle school's main entrance. Using the main drop off loop in the main parking lot, you may pull your vehicle to the main entrance sidewalk and stay in line until the person in the car in front of you has completed their drop off.

Third, we have received several requests for chrome books to be used by our families. Distribution of Chromebooks is tentatively planned for Wednesday, April 8th and Thursday, April 9th.  (*Original Pick-up dates were scheduled for the week of April 13th).  We are trying to get them ready earlier to assist our students and families.  Pickups will be arranged by school.  The pickup location will be at Geneva Middle School.  More details will be placed on the website and a robo-call will be made on Tuesday, April 7th with more details.  Thank you!
