Here are the GHS Announcements for Wednesday, April 8th.
The varsity tennis team started its season on Monday with a convincing 5-0 team win over county and CVC opponent Jefferson. The JV tennis team is off to a 2-0 start to the year with wins last week over Orange and CVCA.

Need volunteer hours? The Friends of the Geneva Public Library need volunteers to help set up and clean up their book sale. Set up will take place on April 16th at 12:30. Clean up begins at 12:30 on April 18th. See Mrs. Debacker for more information.
Attention all seniors! All scholarship applications will be due by 2:30 on Wednesday, April 8th. The only way to be considered for a scholarship is if you apply! Please see or email Mrs. DeBacker with any questions.
Prom is just around the corner! All information has been posted to the Junior and Senior Google Classrooms. Guest Forms can be picked up in the high school office and MUST BE RETURNED by April 13. Tickets go on sale during lunch on April 7. See Mrs. Blevins with any questions.
The Geneva Academic Boosters Club needs your help to acknowledge the excellence of Geneva High School educators with the 2026 GHS Teacher of the Year Award. You are allowed to vote only ONCE but can nominate up to 2 teachers. Winning teachers will be recognized in May during the end of year award ceremonies. Nominating forms are in the office or the voting online can happen via a Google form that should be in each class's Google classroom. Nominations are due on Monday, April 20, 2026.
