Schedule Pick-up & Meet with Counselors
Attention all students: We would like to work with you to get your schedules set before school starts this year. You are able to pick-up your class schedules and Counselors will be available to work with you on the following dates:
Seniors: Monday, August 11th
Juniors: Wednesday, August 13th
Sophomores: Friday, August 15th
Freshmen will receive their schedules during Freshman Orientation on Wednesday, August 20th. Counselors will be available at the conclusion of the program to fix any issues with the schedule.
Students may come after their scheduled date, but not before. Counselors will meet with students in the order they arrive.
Please note, we will only be able to adjust the schedule if the change is possible. If a class is full, we will not be able to add it to your schedule. We cannot change your schedule to give you a different lunch, as the lunch assignments are based on numbers.
If you are unable to come before school starts your schedule will be given to you on the first day of school.
Orientation
Freshmen and any new students who would like to come and get familiar with the building are invited to attend Orientation on August 20th at 10am. Freshmen class schedules will also be available at this time.
Eagle Fest - Back to School Bash
Geneva Schools will be holding our first ever Back to School Bash on 8/14 from 5pm to 7pm at Geneva High School. There will be food, games, music, partner booths (counseling, library, & military) and an opportunity for the little Eagles to see the inside of a school bus.
Student Parking Permits
The forms need to be completed on Final Forms, once completed you will need to bring in your fee of $20, current insurance card and license to receive your permit.
Painted Parking Spots
Dates are August 13, 14, 15. Cookout for all “painters and their assistants” on August 13th at noon, food provided by Mr. King, cooked by Mr. Chenoweth.
Final Forms
As you know Geneva High School has partnered with Final Forms for all of our Emergency/Opening Forms, please check your email for log-in information. If you have not received a log-in email please contact roberta.horvath@genevaschools.org
We are asking that all forms be completed before school opens. If you have any please do not hesitate to reach out.

Clothing Drive
The Geneva F.O.R. (Friends of Rachel) Club is hosting a Teen Clothing Drive August 12th-16th at GHS. Please bring donations to GHS between 8am-2pm or to the Back to School Bash 5pm-7pm on August 14th. The clothes will be processed and available to students from the community in time for school to start.
School Breakfast and Lunches
Our Food Serviced Department applied for and received a grant for the 2025-2026 School Year so that ALL students have access to free breakfast and free lunches everyday. Extras are not included. **Please note that this grant ends June 2026.
